Mobile Data

Data Everywhere Light is a subscription at 11 euros per month for mobile data usage only with:

• 10 GB/month to surf on the Orange 4G and 5G networks at max. 400 Mbps speed in Belgium.

Consumption outside the bundle

• Out-of-bundle usage is blocked by default. This limitation can be removed by the fleet manager in the Customer Zone. Out of bundle usage will be billed at €0.0826 per MB in Belgium.
• Roaming is blocked by default. The fleet manager can unlock this limitation and configure a monthly threshold in the Customer Zone.
• When the roaming data allowance included in this formula has been exhausted, standard rates apply:
  • 0,00155 euro per MB within the European Union (except Belgium)
  • 4,9587 euro per MB within the zone "Best Destinations"
• A SMS notification is sent to the user when 80% of the included data allowance is used.
• A second SMS notification is sent to the user when the included data allowance is fully used.
• When 100% of the included allowance has been exhausted, the user is redirected to a web page with more information.

All "Data Everywhere" data-only subscriptions can be combined with Shape Corporate and Mobile Connected subscriptions in the same fleet.

Non-used monthly data volumes will not be carried over to next month.

Data Everywhere Intense is a subscription at 27 euros per month for mobile data usage only with:

• 100 GB to surf on the Orange 4G at max. 400 Mbps speed and at max 1 Gbps on 5G in Belgium.
• 39GB to surf in the rest of the European Union.

Consumption outside the bundle

• Out-of-bundle usage is blocked by default. This limitation can be removed by the fleet manager in the Customer Zone. Out of bundle usage will be billed at €0.0826 per MB in Belgium.

Data Everywhere Extreme is a subscription at 32 euros per month for mobile data usage only with:

• 300 GB to surf on the Orange 4G at max. 400 Mbps speed and at max 1 Gbps on 5G in Belgium. Once 300 GB has been used, you can continue surfing at a speed of 512 Kbps.
• 65 GB to surf in the rest of the European Union.

• When the roaming data allowance included in this formula has been exhausted, standard rates apply:

Aland (FI), Austria, Azores (PT), Bulgaria, Canary Islands (ES), Ceuta (ES), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar (UK), Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey (UK), Hungary, Isle of Man (UK), Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Jersey (UK), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira (PT), Malta, Martinique, Mayotte (FR), Melilla (ES), Monaco (FR), Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, the United Kingdom, St. Barthelemy, San Marino, St. Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.

Best Destinations zone includes the following regions:

Australia, Canada, Cape Verde, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Palestine, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the United States.

All prices are shown exclusive of VAT.

• Unused surfing volume cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• Normal mobile Internet usage is assumed not to exceed 620 GB per month. In the event of network congestion, abuse (including provision to third parties, commercial use, use of the SIM card for M2M services, use of the service as a hotspot or Wi-Fi) or any other use that is not in accordance with what could reasonably be expected of a customer who has a contract for mobile telephony including mobile Internet services for private and professional use, Orange reserves the right to restrict the service provided, to suspend and/or terminate the contract, and/or to take any other measures it deems necessary or useful.
• The SIM card cannot be used for a connection without human intervention, or between an industrial modem and a server (M2M communication).
