Tariff Plans

Connected Mobile Small is a formula for 8.00 euros per month with:

• 2 GB for surfing on Orange 4G and 5G networks up to 400 Mbps in Belgium and within the European Union.
• Thanks to Fleet you can call and text in Belgium and the European Union to all your colleagues without any limits, and more specifically to all the company's mobile and fixed numbers that are active under the customer code.
• The Orange Pro Inclusive options: Call forwarding, Second Call and Conference Call are included in this formula. Pro Voice Mail is also available free of charge.
• The option Lookout Premium: activation and use of the Lookout Personal Premium mobile application are free and included in this formula. Mobile data traffic linked to the use of the Lookout Premium service will be deducted from the subscription surfing volume.

Consumption outside the bundle

• If you exceed your volume of 2 GB, you will receive a message notifying you that you have used up your data included in the bundle. You will be charged 0.0826 euro per additional MB.
• If you exceed your volume of calls included in this formula, you will be charged 0.2066 euro per minute, except for special numbers.
• Billing per second, starting from the 61st second.
• This formula does not include MMS messages. You will be charged 0.20 euros per MMS.

Connected Mobile Light is a formula for 14.00 euros per month with:

• 10 GB for surfing on Orange 4G and 5G networks up to 400 Mbps in Belgium and within the European Union.
• 150 minutes for calls in Belgium and within the European Union to all Belgian networks, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• Thanks to Fleet you can call and text in Belgium and the European Union to all your colleagues without any limits, and more specifically to all the company's mobile and fixed numbers that are active under the customer code.

• If you exceed your volume of calls included in this formula, you will be charged 0.2066 euro per minute, except for special numbers.
• Billing per second, starting from the 61st second.
• This formula does not include MMS messages. You will be charged 0.20 euros per MMS.

• 30 GB for surfing on Orange 4G and 5G networks up to 400 Mbps in Belgium and within the European Union.
• An unlimited number of calling minutes for calls in Belgium or within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• The Orange Pro Inclusive options: Call forwarding, Second Call and Conference Call are included in this formula. Pro Voice Mail is also available free of charge.
• The option Lookout Premium: activation and use of the Lookout Personal Premium mobile application are free and included in this formula. Mobile data traffic linked to the use of the Lookout Premium service will be deducted from the subscription surfing volume.

• Monthly bundle with
  • 100 GB to surf in Belgium on Orange networks 4G up to 400 Mbps and 5G up to 1 GBps. Beyond 100 GB, you surf at the price of 0.0826 euro per MB.
  • 39 GB to surf in the rest of the European Union. Beyond 39 GB, you surf at the price of 0.0018 euro per MB.
• An unlimited number of calling minutes for calls in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.

  • 65 GB to surf in the rest of the European Union. Beyond 65 GB, you surf at the price of 0.0018 euro per MB.
• An unlimited number of calling minutes for calls in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.

• Monthly bundle with
  • 300 GB to surf in Belgium on Orange networks 4G up to 400 Mbps and 5G up to 1 GBps. Beyond 300 GB, the surfing speed is 512 kbps.
  • 65 GB to surf in the rest of the European Union. Beyond 65 GB, you surf at the price of 0.0018 euro per MB.
• An unlimited number of calling minutes for calls in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages in Belgium and within the European Union, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of calling minutes for calls from Belgium to anywhere in the European Union zone, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• An unlimited number of SMS messages for sending SMS messages from Belgium to anywhere in the European Union zone, except for special numbers, at any time of day.
• 3000 minutes or SMS messages for calls from within the European Union (including Belgium) to the Best Destinations or from the Best Destinations to the European Union (including Belgium) or within the Best Destinations zone except for special numbers, at any time of day (1 SMS message = 1 min).
• 3 GB for surfing on your mobile phone within the Best Destinations zone.

  • You will be charged 4.9587 euros per MB within the Best Destinations zone.
• This formula does not include MMS messages. You will be charged 0.20 euros per MMS.

The European Union zone includes the following regions:

Best Destinations zone includes the following regions:

Australia, Canada, Cape Verde, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Palestine, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the United States.

• Existing numbers that are not mentioned or numbers for which the tariff formula is not specified will be activated on Connected Mobile Light.
• Unused calling minutes, SMS and/or surfing volume cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• The unlimited calling and SMS message minutes are valid for normal use in Belgium, from Belgium to the European Union and within the European Union.
• Normal calling usage is assumed not to exceed 10,000 minutes per month and normal SMS message usage is assumed not to exceed 10,000 SMS messages per month. Orange reserves the right to limit the service, suspend and/or cancel the contract in the event of network overload or abuse (such as Simbox or baby monitor fraud).
• Normal mobile Internet usage is assumed not to exceed 620 GB per month. In the event of network congestion, abuse (including provision to third parties, commercial use, use of the SIM card for M2M services, use of the service as a hotspot or Wi-Fi) or any other use that is not in accordance with what could reasonably be expected of a customer who has a contract for mobile telephony including mobile Internet services for private and professional use, Orange reserves the right to restrict the service provided, to suspend and/or terminate the contract, and/or to take any other measures it deems necessary or useful.
• The SIM card cannot be used for a connection without human intervention, or between an industrial modem and a server (M2M communication).

Business Promotion for Connected Mobile Plus is a monthly discount for any new online Mobile Connected Plus subscription between 22/04/2024 and 03/06/2024 for 24 months. A monthly discount of 2€ (excl. VAT) per Mobile Connected Plus subscription is granted for a period of 24 months.

This promo cannot be combined with other discounts for any order of a new mobile subscription (unless at the moment of ordering another promotion is running).

Any usage outside the bundle will be billed according to our current rates. If you change your Connected Mobile Plus subscription during the first 24 months of your contract, the discount will stop. You can only benefit from the promotion once per mobile number.
