Specific terms and conditions Smart Data/Smart Deal option
This advantage is offered exclusively to all B2B customers that are Micro Companies (companies with an annual average of not more than 9 employees, calculated in accordance with article 1.24 of the Companies and Associations Code).
This offer is compliant with every new Orange mobile Go Business subscription (except with Go Business Light) with duration of 24 months in combination with a Smart Data/Smart Deal option.
Smart Data/Smart Deal option is only available for customers with an active Orange subscription since more than 3 months, for customers with an Orange prepaid card where the first call was done since more than 3 months and for new Orange customers that have requested a number portability together with the subscription to this offer.
Maximum 9 Smart Data/Smart Deal options or handset offers at discounted price can be taken per Micro Company.
In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the Smart Data/Smart Deal option by some or several customers, Orange may immediately discontinue the Smart Data/Smart Deal option.
Recycling fee and Auvibel are included in the Device price.
The displayed visuals in the Orange communication do not have any contractual value and do not bind Orange.
If the mobile subscription linked to this Smart Data/Smart Deal option or the option itself is terminated within 24 months after the Start Date, the received Discount on the Device will be invoiced in accordance with the residual value as stated in the amortization table, available on your contract or in your customer zone.
In case the customer choses to change the tariff of the Smart Data/Smart Deal option, the customer is obliged to pay the residual value of the Device in accordance with the amortization table. In case of early termination of the mobile subscription the data volume within the Smart Data/Smart Deal option can no longer be used.
Unless agreed otherwise between the parties, the commercial advantage of the Smart Data/Smart Deal option shall not be cumulated with other commercial advantages that the customer already enjoyed and these advantages shall be discontinued without any compensation upon subscription to Smart Data/Smart Deal option.
The Device(s) that the customer acquires via the Smart Data/Smart Deal option may be used exclusively within the framework of his professional activities.
The risk and ownership of the Device(s) transfer to the customer upon delivery of the Device(s). The Device(s) are accepted, or are deemed to have been accepted, at the moment of the delivery. The manufacturer´s warranty applies. The mentioned delivery period is indicated in good faith yet without guarantee. Orange can never be held responsible for problems with delivery periods.
Orange reserves the right, if the Device(s) are not available, to deliver - in consultation with the customer – Device(s) of equivalent technical quality and functionality
Contract termination
If the Contract is terminated before its term, the Customer must reimburse Orange for the reduction received on the purchase price of the device according to the amortization table established at the time of signing the Contract. The amortization table below is also available in the Contract and in your Customer Zone.
If the amortization table is not available, the amount to be paid back will be determined by the following calculation:
Amortization (period T) = [REU - Price)] - [(REU - Price) * T / Loyalty ]
Glossary:REU: Recommended price of the Device for the Customer.
Price: Price of the Device actually paid by the Customer.
T: the month at which the outstanding amount is to be known.
Loyalty: Commitment (12 or 24 months).
